Tania Ketenjian

Tania Ketenjian is the co-founder and editor in chief of SOUND MADE PUBLIC a creative agency based in San Francisco that believes what we hear changes the way we see the world. She has been an audio producer for nearly two decades, starting her career in New York and then producing nationally and internationally for NPR, the BBC, ABC in Australia and many others. She has made several nationally syndicated documentaries, produced hundreds of radio stories, created an internationally recognized radio magazine called The [Un]Observed and has worked with some of the world’s leading brands and organizations. SOUND MADE PUBLIC was founded in 2017 with Philip Wood and has since produced podcasts, sound installations and public art projects with MoMA, LACMA, USPS and many others. Tania’s passion lies in the art of the interview and she has interviewed a wide range of artists and thinkers from filmmaker Lena Dunham to spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama, believing that everyone has a story to share and, as the legendary David Isay has said, listening is an act of love.
