Hi Welcome to Creative Live. My name is Jared Platt in this course, we're going to be teaching you all about editing your photos inside of Lightroom Classic. Now, Lightroom Classic is a workhorse. It is a very big program with a lot of capabilities and we're going to focus in on very specific capabilities that have to do with editing your photos. Lightroom can do a lot of things that can organize your photos. It can share your photos, you can make books out of Lightroom, you can organize your photos by maps, you can put them on the web, you can share them in all sorts of ways, but that's not what we're talking about today. We are talking about editing your photos were going to hone in and we're going to get very specific about how to make your photos better fast. And that's what Lightroom Classic specializes in, specializes in taking lots of photos and doing a really great job of editing those photos and we can get very, very precise, we can get really, really specific about the way we...

In fact, most of the time, you can do everything inside of Lightroom Classic without ever even thinking about going to Photoshop now, it doesn't matter what kind of photographs you take, whether it's landscapes or people or travel photography. It could be just your kids, it could be artwork that you're working on, no matter what kind of photography you take, no matter what kind of photographer you are.
