Personal Brand Manager Inputs and Outputs, Repurposing Content

I want to introduce you to a framework that we call the personal brand Manager. And so when you think about a personal brand manager, it's not a person, but it's more like a filing cabinet. This is where you're storing all your assets and from the personal brand Manager, you have inputs, where you're collecting items and you have outputs where you're using these different items. So here on one side on the inputs, you might have your content library, you might have your influence generator process, which we'll talk about later, you might have assets that you're producing because you're meeting people like customers or maybe you're doing things like interviews. Once it gets into your personal Brand Manager, that's when the magic of working with fiber and your internal team could be just you to be able to edit videos, edit content, organize content, the sequences repurpose content. We're going to talk about what all those items are a little bit later and then you're able to distribute tho...

se items. Then when you have those assets produced, you can update your website, you can update your marketing materials, you can update your speaker real, you can update your books, you can create articles, blog posts, all kinds of derivative content off of things that are in your personal brand Manager. A lot of you want to publish a book for example, but you're thinking, Oh my goodness, I don't have time to sit down and write a 200 page book and I've got to come up with an outline, I've got to write. But when you use the framework of the personal brand manager, all the content that you've already been producing, all the video interviews that you have, all the live streams, all the podcasts. You can transcribe and reuse and automatically produce a book just from the assets that you already have. So think about how this personal brand manager is collecting everything that you stand for. Think of it as your ultimate filing cabinet, not just your dropbox or Google Drive, but all your photos, all your videos, all your testimonials stop right now. And think, where are those assets? Are they on your laptop? Are they on your phone? Do you have a personal assistant that has these different items? And I bet you're thinking yeah, there in like 15 different places all over the place. Start now to get them all into one place, put them together, we're going to structure all these items that represent you as a personal brand and start to multiply that you're going to find that when you use this system, the system is going to start to do the work for you
