Provide Health & Safety Info Easily

as we come out of the pandemic tunnel and we begin to think about a life beyond the pandemic. I think we're going to be in a couple of years of transition. And what I mean by transition is it's still in our recent memory, we're still aware of health and safety but we want to get back to normal. And so I think that what's really important digitally is to make it as easy as possible for the people to get the exact information they want and then don't bother with them with it again. So for the last few months, you know, pandemic is front of mind. Everyone's like, can I go here safely? Now? That's not necessarily the first thing people are thinking of, but they want to check the box. And so what I want your digital assets to do for you is to just very quickly check that box. That likely means in the next few months or years, depending on how long this transition is, is having a tab on your web site or a button on your website or a paragraph on your linkedin or a small section box on your f...

acebook profile. So one section that's very contained. That's very clear. Covid precautions or health precautions or health and safety. That way, if someone is scanning and here's what happens, right, you want to use a product or service or go somewhere and you're like, okay, I need an X. I want to buy a Y. I'm going to probably do it next week. Okay. Do I have to wear a mask? Are we social distancing? Skin, Skin, skin, skin, skin. Make it scannable. Make it super easy to find exactly what they're looking for and check the box. So for example, the other day, I'll give a real life story. I wanted to get my first pedicure that I've gotten in a year and a half. I haven't gotten a pedicure in a year and a half. And my main goal was one celebrating my friend's birthday. That's number one, I knew the date and the time. Number two, I was looking for a place where I knew that people were wearing masks that was just in my check box. So what I did is I went on a couple. I want to google search pedicure, find a couple different places online and as once I found, okay, they're decently close to me. The very next thing I was skipping for was mask mask, mask mask mask. And right there, the first website didn't see anything, didn't go there. Second website, I believe they had such a bare bones website that I thought, oh, even if they do this, they're not going to put on their website, I'd have to call. I made a mental note, Okay. I'll, I guess I'll try to call, but I never did right. No one's ever going to call. And that's the nice thing about digital assets is hopefully you can use them to spare your customer service reps. Right. Let's minimize the number of phone calls. Let's minimize the number of emails. And so you can actually have your digital assets work for you by putting up something. It's very easy. And then finally, I think it was the third or fourth website that I got to. It had all their normal stuff. They're beautiful colors, all the cool flowers they can do on your toenails. And there was a little tab up in the upper right hand corner that said Covid. I clicked it. I immediately was able to skin their precautions, check, check, check, reserve and I reserve my pedicure. That was extremely quickly. I didn't have to email. I didn't have to call. I didn't have to guess. It was like no brainer. This is the place I want to go. So if that is you believe a concern, even if you don't think it's concern, it cannot hurt to have a check box item somewhere in digital asset that's off to the side, but very clearly labeled and marked. I think we're going to be using that for the next few months and years to come. You can do the same thing in a physical location. So if you have people who are outside a store front, we're outside an office and they're wondering, do I have to get my mask out of my purse? That's the question. I have my mask in my pocket, in my purse. A very quick sign. Maths mandatory. Or masks or not Right. Social distancing is mandatory. Or social distancing is not one or two signs and that's not digitally, but it checks that box very, very quickly. Or you have a QR code that says for safety, for health and safety information, use this QR code. I'm also a really big fan of QR codes. If you have a physical product or a physical space and it's more detailed, let's say, let's say that you're doing, if you're going to a tanning salon, that might be a little tricky. That's more than just mask. So then you'd want to have a QR code, let your digital asset work for you. That Q R code goes to a one page on your website. It's the same page as the tab, which is the same thing on your social media, which is the same thing on a business card. And it has get all the health and safety precautions that we're taking right here. So I also think that we're going to begin to see QR codes not only on signage but also in business cards, Also in marketing materials. When you're going into your next loan application and you're, the bank wants to know what health and safety precautions are you taking? Great. You have a QR code and everything is on that one page. The nice thing about your digital assets is they save you and your customer service people time. They save your customer service people time, you don't get as many calls, but they also can save you time because you only have one place to update. If you have a printed sign and a second printed sign and something random on your facebook page and three things on your website and blog post and that one video you put on Youtube. It's too many things to update because things are gonna change. We're going to have new updates. We don't know what's coming down the line. So if you have one page to update with one QR code, it's gonna make it a lot easier that leverages those digital tools effectively.
